Hello, my name is Thomas and I have this small solo project called “klangfald”, where I try to express myself through music, video and art.

My journey began with the tunes of 80s pop music, gradually introducing me to a diverse realm of sound. However, it was Metallica and later the wave of grunge music from Seattle that truly ignited my passion for music.

Growing up surrounded by various music genres and artists, I was captivated by music’s power to convey emotions and stories. Over time, I learned to play several instruments such as the guitar, bass, and piano, finding immense joy in composing my own songs.

During my formative years in the 90s, I found inspiration in the demoscene—an underground community of computer enthusiasts, programmers, and artists who shared their digital creations. This environment not only honed my technical skills but also fostered my creativity and sense of belonging, shaping my artistic identity.
